Thought
Peace and Freedom, values kept,
For everyone who lived or slept.
Such gems, has man ever sought,
But only hurt and suffering brought.
These treasures come to those who look,
With scriptures held as map and book
A chamber lit with knowing mind,
Rewards of Peace plus Love as find.
Beyond an understanding peace
Where yearnings restless cease.
Below the muddy clay and sod
Stillness poised as voice of God.
Prayer
O Lord Your Unfathomable Love so overwhelms me that I can only offer tears of thanks. Please intensify my love that it may know no bounds. May we learn to fully accept Your stream of Divine Love so that it may overflow to everyone in every place and every era.
