Thought

A birdsong concert held in spring

Delights us in our morning walk

So many tuneful songs to sing

As ear catch these – no need to talk

Just to be and never cease

That stays alert, moves leg and arm

Attuned to that, we feel a peace

That fills to brim, protects from harm

Prayer

Lord, you alone move all limbs; you flow through every moving part; all energy is Divine energy; may my observation, thankfulness and appreciation for this increase this day.
