Sinews tightly bounded strong
Skin smooth and blushing fresh
Precocious charm will disarm
With youthful smiles caress
Flashing sudden lightning wit
New lively thoughts to entertain
Faithful young undaunting spirit
Vitality restless - youth’s domain
In spring of youth, voice calls away
As heroes can to move the world
Coiled ready powered in DNA
Youthful force new age herald
Faith beckoned death by the bold
Dauntless love conquered untruth
Young steady mind pole star behold
Victorious is the power of youth
Prayer
O Lord subtly coiled in each organic cell. Thou art everybody’s inspirer. May the excitement of Thy discovery ever remain in me. May young eyes see Thee anew; may young ears hear Thy call; may young hands serve and save. Grant that the young may have faith in themselves.
