Stillness, silence, peace assured

Calm, quiet waters, eyes reward.

Ears are open, whisper sounds

In air and distant earthly mounds.

The changing world has stayed

And time itself has fear allayed

Heartbeat alone pulsations felt

In places where spells are spelt

Mind captured by a scenic view

Feelings felt but thoughts are few

As truth presented here and now

Supplies a space to renew a vow.

Each passing second fills afresh

Reserving precious image wish

To transform all the notes that jar

To fragrant blossoms reaching far.

Prayer

Divine Beauty, I fill your gift of time with your beauty, goodness and I receive your grace that flows through every sight, sound, touch, taste and smell with adoration and thankfulness.
