Thought
Eternally perfect some are born
With bliss of yoga at their feet
Their aura lifts the living air
To live and love so much is rare
Teacher taught that path of truth
Should not make a pleasing fool
Non injury has its sacred place
Birth and death, we have to face
Examine, test, express your doubt
With critical mind establish trust
Conviction done prepare to change
Old views for new ones to exchange
In the midst of austere practices
That take their toll on body health
Good cheer and love be sustained
Faith in Mother’s grace obtained
To wash the feet with hearts blood
To sup in close knit fellowship
True saint will give their very all
For the least until last curtain call
Prayer
O eternal incomparable bliss, grant that I may be neither rigid nor non-assertive, but balanced. May my faith in thee, thy teachings and my teacher be ever strong. May I be humble enough to be the servant of the servant of all.
