Gazing into flames at night
Sparks fly off to left and right
Leaping spears, the gods unseat
Radiate energy and their heat
Fragrant grains and yellow ghee
Rounded fruits and sweet honey
Chanted mantras every spoon
Auspicious for the phase of moon
Burning furnace is my heart
Glowing rays reach every part
Smelted turmoil feelings fused
To golden love for all confused
Prayer
O Lord Thou art the fire, the lightning, the inner warmth and blazing sun. Thou art the inner light in the deep recess of the heart. Grant that I may ever feel Thy radiance and warmth and share Thy radiance as an open channel of Thy Grace.
