As sun sinks down at evening time
Mood subdues as church bells chime
Red orb round earth waves ritually
Bright lamps and prayers held faithfully
Divine life rays and solar mass
Is made from swirling twirling gas
Furnace heat fused from its core
Urges man’s worship the more
Spinning planets roundly praise
One who makes their lengthy days
Ancient seers’ minds were bright
Sought to find who lights this light?
Prayer
O Lord I have taken it for granted that you have arranged things rhythmically out of play and love. I adore you and thank you for your face as the sun.
