Thought
Not everyone is good
But good resides in all
Be careful how you weigh
Or what offense you say
For every saint has a past
And struggled on the way
Every sinner too can climb
Higher still in future time
Each precious moment’s post
Now delivered at your door
Allotted money for to spend
To lower yourself or ascend
Holy books will sure declare
Ticking time is poured grace
But more than this is to know
It is He himself who is the flow
Prayer
O Lord, too often I miss your grace and presence in wasted time. Even as I pray, thoughts of what was and could be enter in; but here you are now; the ever present. Grant that through Thy ever-flowing grace I may never feel separated from Thee – my love – my life.
