Roaming moods with awkward gait
When sitting lonely ruminate
Visitors with gifts of pathos
Glimpses challenge moral ethos
High moods by mere luck won’t come
Just watch and switch to better one
By searching through good memories
Soul fills with lifting energies
Create a great triumphal arch
Through which to make great values march
Shower world with leaping joy
And the broadest smiles you can employ
Prayer
O Lord preside over all my moods, happy and sad; then lead my mind to glory and splendour that is Thee. May new joy filled moods overflow and shine in the eyes of those who were troubled.
